How to reserve your property

We make it our mission to take the pain out of property transactions.

Contact us to discuss properties, once you have decided on the property, we produce a reservation form, which you will sign with a £1,000 non-refundable fee. The property is then off the market. You then have 28 days to exchange pre-sales contracts, and pay the further 10% deposit, completion is when the property is completed as advised by Castletree.

1. Start your search
Once you have an idea of what you are looking for, have a look through www.castletreehomes.je and see what properties we may have that would suit you.
2. Contact our sales team
Contact the team at Castletree and they will be able to talk you through available developments that may suit you.
3. Arrange to meet the Team
Arrange a time to come in to the Castletree offices and run through plans, specifications and timelines of properties that may suit you
4. Make an offer
Once you have decided on the property for you, put your offer forward to our sales team.
5. Reservations
If the property is being reserved off plan, fill in and sign a reservation form and pay the reservation fee, usually £1,000, this will take your property off the market.
6. Instruct Solicitors
Find a solicitor you would like to work with, contracts will be sent out to them, to be reviewed by you both prior to exchanging contracts.
7. Exchanging contracts
Once you and your solicitors are satisfied with the contracts, these are to be signed and exchanged. This must happen within 28 days of reservation, at this point a 10% deposit will be due, minus your reservation fee.
8. Completion
Once your new property is complete and building control sign off has been received, the contracts can be completed and the balance of the sale price paid.
9. Moving In
Book your removals and a receive the keys to your new home, Castletree will be be available for inspections and to help with move and snagging process.
