House 7: Regents View, St Helier -

House 7 at Regents View is arranged over three floors. On the ground floor there is a large eat in kitchen with double doors out the garden, a study, and cloakroom through to utility room. There is also plenty of storage on this level. The first floor comprises of a large living room with doors out to a balcony, a study (may also be used as bedroom 3)and bathroom. On the top floor is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room and bedroom two. The house has its own private enclosed garden with shed and bin store and two parking spaces.
